Refund Policy
We understand that food is an essential part of your day, and we strive to ensure you have a great experience with every order. However, due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any food items once they have been delivered or picked up.
If you receive an incorrect order or if there is an issue with your meal, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at info@mrindiaeats.com with a description of the issue, including photos if applicable. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
To be eligible for a refund:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The item(s) should be in the same condition as when you received them (unopened or unused).
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
You must explain the reason for your return or refund request.
Refund Process:

If we approve the return, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you’ve subscribed to a recurring meal plan with Mr. India, please note the following:
Refunds for automatic renewals: We do not offer refunds for automatic subscription renewals once they have been processed.
Minimum subscription commitment: All meal plans have a minimum of one automatic renewal after the initial purchase. After this, you can cancel at any time.
How to manage your subscription: You can cancel, skip, or modify your subscription by logging into your account on mrindiaeats.com. Alternatively, you can contact us at least 48 hours before your next renewal to adjust your meal plan.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us immediately for a potential replacement or refund as per our policy.
Refunds
Once we have processed and inspected your return or issue, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For cancellations, please contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal. After this window, your next subscription payment may already be processed.
